Data We Process

The app processes audio recordings that you choose to record or upload for transcription. This data is processed solely for the purpose of converting speech into text.

How Data Is Processed

Audio data is transmitted securely from your device to our servers.

The audio is then sent to a trusted third-party transcription partner to perform speech-to-text conversion.

Once transcription is completed and returned, audio data is deleted from:

our servers, and

the transcription partner’s systems.

Transcribed text is returned to your device.

We do not permanently store audio recordings or transcripts on our servers.

Data Storage

Audio data exists temporarily on our servers and with the transcription partner only for the duration necessary to complete transcription.

No long-term storage of audio or transcripts is performed by us.

Any data stored on your device remains under your control.

Third-Party Services

We use a third-party transcription provider strictly to convert audio to text. This partner processes data only on our instructions and deletes it after transcription.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect data during transmission and processing. Data is transferred using encrypted connections.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Data is shared only as required to perform transcription.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your Control

You choose what audio is processed. If you do not upload or record audio, no data is transmitted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app or on our website.
